This six-week course teaches mindfulness as a methodology for managing stress both in the workplace and at home. This course is specifically designed for individuals working in veterinary medicine and is taught in the context of the workplace challenges common in the veterinary profession. Practical strategies for working with difficult emotions, stressful situations, and challenging interpersonal relationships will be explored.
