Maximizing Your Laboratory: Everything you didn’t know you needed to know about sample collection & submission. Clinical tips and tricks to ensure samples are collected appropriately and integrity is maintained until receipt at your laboratory, including bloodwork, urines, PCR, cultures, cytologies and biopsies. The receiving, processing, and reporting of different types of samples will be explained. The impact on patient care of a well-prepared submission form and open communication with your laboratory will be described.
