By registering online for an exhibit booth or sponsorship, you will be able to complete your contract, list your booth choices, and pay your fee.

Priority booth placement will be given to 2023 VetSouth sponsors first and then on a first-come, first-served basis in order of payment received.

Exhibitors who purchase a premium booth (highlighted in blue on floor plan) will get a piece of artwork to place in their booth in participation with the Tricky Tray Raffle.

The arrangement of exhibit space is shown approximately on the diagram. All dimensions and location shown on the floor plan are believed, but not warranted, to be accurate. The GVMA reserves the right to make such modifications to the floor plan as may be needed without notification.

Space is assigned on the following criteria:

• 2024 GVMA Fall sponsors

• 2023 vendors

• First come, first served, in order of payment received.

No exhibit shall assign, sublet, or share the whole or any part of their space, unless assignee is a partnership, subsidiary or joint venture with contract holder and is an integral part of exhibitor’s product presentation.

Each exhibit space includes:

• 6’ table
• 2 chairs
• 2 complimentary exhibitor badges
• Listing of convention attendees
• List of vendors

The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Each premium booth (highlighted in blue on the floor plan) will come with a unique piece of art to display, along with a jar to collect raffle tickets from attendees.

This raffle gets more and more popular every year, so be if you want to maximize traffic and engagement, a premium booth is the right choice for you.

After submitting your contract and fee to the GVMA, an exhibitor kit will be sent via email to you. Information about ordering electrical, shipping, etc. will be supplied in the exhibitor kit. Please note that the exhibit hall is carpeted. Exhibit space includes (1) 6’x30″ table, 2 chairs, 1 trash-bin, and hall and meal access for 2 company representatives.

Notification of space cancellations must be made in writing.

The GVMA’s policy for refund of fees allows an 80% refund IF THE SPACE IS RESOLD. In the event of cancellation, GVMA assumes no responsibility for having included the name of the canceled exhibitor in convention materials.
