Attendance Stats
In 2021 the VetSouth Fall Veterinary Conference drew 474 attendees (veterinarians, practice managers & veterinary technicians–does not include exhibitors/guests) from 29 states. Around one-third of our attendees continue to be Practice Owners and over 85% self-identified as Veterinarians. These are statistics from 2021, the last veterinary license non-renewal year in Georgia. The numbers are most representative of the expected 2023 attendance (based on history).
Hotel
VetSouth has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the Hotel at Avalon. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should VetSouth fall short of the expected number of occupied guest rooms. By staying at the conference hotel you will enjoy the convenience of a short commute to your room, Avalon restaurants & entertainment and to a far greater extent provide valued assistance in support of VetSouth’s financial obligations.
Exhibit Contract
After submitting your contract and fee to the GVMA, an exhibitor kit will be sent via email to you. Information about ordering electrical, shipping, etc. will be supplied in the exhibitor kit. Please note that the exhibit hall is carpeted. Exhibit space includes (1) 6’x30″ table, 2 chairs, 1 trash-bin, and hall and meal access for 2 company representatives.

Tricky Tray Raffle Sponsor ($50+)
In an effort to increase traffic to the exhibit hall, attendees will be entering a raffle for a variety of prizes through tickets handed out by vendors. By contributing toward the purchase of these prizes, your company will get:

- Logo on conference webpage
- Increased booth traffic by handing out raffle entry tickets to attendees
Exhibitor Fees & Layout
By registering online for an exhibit booth or sponsorship, you will be able to complete your contract, list your booth choices and pay your fee. Priority booth placement will be given to 2023 VetSouth sponsors first and then on a first come, first served basis in order of payment received. Exhibitors who purchase a premium booth (highlighted in blue on floor plan) will get a piece of artwork to place in their booth in participation with the Tricky Tray Raffle.
