This 2-hour session is designed to provide some knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to create and sustain a work culture that maximizes team performance, individual wellbeing, creativity, group engagement and success.

• Participants will learn the definition of psychological safety and how understanding and acting on the concept can lead to a successful and engaged team who work together to provide high quality services to clients and internal support for all members of the team.
• Participants will develop an understanding of how the brain responds to threats and strategies for creating the optimal work environment.
• Participants will learn practical steps for building a positive work culture that fosters trust and constructive feedback.

This event is approved by the Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine to offer up to 2 LEAP CE credits.
