This 2-hour workshop will encourage participants to consider themselves and to reflect on how their understanding of self-influences their interactions with others. Participants will learn tools during the webinar that can be used to help inform:

• Hiring decisions
• Workplace cohesion
• Client interactions

The meeting will be a combination of lecture, didactic teaching and discussion amongst break-out groups.
