How You Can Help Rebuild After Hurricane Helene
Hurricane Helene has impacted many of our members, and the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association (GCA) is stepping up to support those affected. We’re coordinating efforts to donate essential fencing supplies and organize volunteer crews to help clear debris and rebuild fences.
If you’re looking for ways to help, here’s how you can get involved.
Donate Supplies: Fencing supplies are crucial for recovery. We’re working on setting up convenient drop-off locations across the state.
If you’re able to donate, please reach out to our office at (478) 474-6560 or email Addie at addie@gabeef.org. We’ll let you know the nearest drop-off spot.
Volunteer Your Time: We’re also organizing volunteer crews to assist with clearing and rebuilding fences. Your hands-on support can make a huge difference in helping fellow cattlemen get back on their feet.
To volunteer, call (478) 474-6560 or email Caroline at caroline@gabeef.org to join the volunteer list.
This is a time for us to come together as a community. Every donation and time spent volunteering will help restore our members’ operations and livelihoods. Thank you for supporting Georgia’s cattlemen.
