Renewing your Organizations GVMA Premier Membership

If you have not logged in to your GVMA account since December 2025, you will need to set up an account.

Please READ THE INSTRUCTIONS before clicking the button below. We’ve moved to a new system, and your old login credentials for our previous system will no longer work.

Attempting to use the “Reset Your Password” feature WILL NOT work if you have not yet set up an account.

Setting Up Your Account - 2 Options

Option A:

CREATE A STANDARD LOGIN

On the “Set Up an Account” tab, enter the email address and password you’d like to use.

Option B:

USE A SOCIAL LOGIN
On the “Set Up an Account” tab, sign up with your Google or LinkedIn credentials.

If using a different email address than is on your current account, no problem! We’ll go through some steps to verify it’s you.

I've set up an account - What's next?

Update your organization's staff roster.

1. Sign in to members.gvma.net

2. Once signed in, navigate to the “Account” menu item and select “My Organization’s Contacts” or visit this page.

“I don’t see this option under the menu”. If you are not assigned the role of “Manager” or “Administrative Contact”, you will not be able to view this page or perform these actions. Please contact us to be assigned one of these roles.

3. Update your roster and assign contact roles.

To REMOVE a contact, select the “Remove” button next to their information. Then, select “Yes” on the “Are you sure?” pop-up to proceed with removing this contact from the organization.

To ADD a contact, select the “Add New Contact” button at the bottom of the roster.

PRO TIP: Enter new contact emails first. If you see a message that says “This email address is currently registered to …” you will not be able to add this person to the organization. This is to ensure that registered users have full control over their own accounts and that their information remains secure. The individual can sign in under their own account and update their organization – this will add them to the roster. OR you may contact our office to get this person added.

Ensure each contact has the appropriate assigned role(s).

Here’s a quick rundown of what each one does:

  • Administrative Contact — full control of the organizational account
  • Billing Contact — receives all invoices billed to the practice
  • Manager — can manage employee and membership rosters, and pay invoices on behalf of the practice

Need to add or remove a role from one of the contacts? Click the edit button beside their information.

I've updated our roster - What's next?

Renew the premier membership!

Quick reminder on how Premier is billed: $300 base fee, plus $285 per doctor at your practice. Support staff are always included at no additional cost, so add as many as you’d like. We use an anniversary membership structure, so you will get 1 full year of membership from the date of the membership order.

4. Navigate to the “Membership” menu item and select “Join as a member”.

PRO TIP: Memberships are dropped 1 month after expiration. If your membership has been dropped, you will see the option to “join as a member”. If the process states that you are “ineligible” to renew or join, please contact our office.

5. Complete/update your profile information and click “Save Changes” to continue through the renewal process. Once you arrive at the “Complete this information for your organization” page, ensure that you have accurately indicated the number of veterinarians working at your organization, who will be included in your premier membership.

6. Click “Save Changes” to proceed to your membership type selection (defaults to Premier) and to adjust your automatic renewal preferences. Note that the preview cost for premier members will be $0. You will see the final cost on the order details page.

PRO TIP: Members now have the option to sign up for automatic renewal. Save time and energy, by selecting the “Renew Automatically” option to charge you saved payment method automatically the day your membership is set to expire. Don’t fret- we’ll send you email reminders before your renewal processes.

7. Click “Next” to proceed to the payment page.

PRO TIP: If you would like to make a partial payment, select the “Send me an invoice/pay at a later time” option under the “Other Payment Options” section. This will generate an online invoice where you can apply separate payments or send it for payment approval.

8. To proceed with payment, select “Add a credit or debit card” or “Add a bank account”.

9. In our new system, you have the opportunity to securely save your card for later use. If you do not want to save your payment method, simply uncheck the box next to “Securely save this card on my account for later use” before entering your card information.

PRO TIP: This can be an easy way to register for future events quickly. You can also associate this card with your membership, should you opt-in to automatic membership renewal.

10. Enter your payment information and billing address associated with the card.

PRO TIP: By default the system will automatically pull up the addresses associated with your account to select from. If the billing address differs, select “Use another address” from the dropdown options. This uses the google maps database to pull up potential addresses as you type. Select from the list, or you can select the dropdown arrow to the right of the address box to manually enter/edit the address.

11. Select “Save Card”.

12. Select “Make Payment”

Now, pat yourself on the back – Your renewal is complete!
