The GVMA Member Portal is getting an upgrade! We’re moving to a new system to bring our members a faster, more secure, and user-friendly experience.
During this transition, the current member portal will remain accessible — but with limited functionality:
- Dates: Wednesday, October 22 – October 29
- What you can do: You can still log in and view your profile, invoices, and CE records
- What you can’t do: Register for events, update information, or make payments
Payments Paused
- Any open invoices will be regenerated in the new system after migration.
- All payments will be temporarily paused during this window and processed after the system goes live.
You’ll get an email on October 30 with easy steps to log in to your new GVMA profile. Once the new system goes live, you’ll be able to register for events, make payments, and manage your membership as usual.
And rest assured, we’ve got quick how-to videos and quick-start guides coming your way so you can get familiar with things.
When the new Rhythm Member Portal launches on Wednesday, October 29, you’ll be able to:
- Verify and update your account information
- Renew your membership or make payments
- Access a more intuitive dashboard and CE tracking tools
